Basic Questions:

Loyal, guardian, common sense.
2. Do you have any nicknames, street names, titles, or aliases?
If you can count being someone's shadow an alias? But likely, no.
3. What is your full birth name?
Ran Fan.
4. Where do you live?
Xing.
5. Why do you live there?
It is where I was born, and my loyalty lies with my nation.
6. What is your citizenship status?
I am a servant of the Yao clan.
7. What is your most obvious blessing or strength?
Obvious skills in deception, strength, and technique. As Grandfather so honorably trained into me.
8. What do you perceive as your greatest strength?
My perception.
9. What is your most obvious flaw or weakness?
Likely my willingness to sacrifice myself at the cost of saving my lord.

See. Above.

Not in particular. It is what I was raised to do.

Servitude to the Xingese Empire.

Scars, many. Tattoos? The Yao clan insignia. Birthmarks? None. But I have a metal arm.

The scars? Knives, spears, swords, falls, training sessions...etc. The tattoo is ... like a rite of passage.

Painful.

The Yao clan insignia is rather significant. As I said, it is a rite of passage. The arm... Well, I lost it for Ling, so...

Everywhere for the scars... The tattoo is on my back, and my left arm.

... WAS left. Until I lost it.

Like... who? No.

Usually large, to hide my feminine features. I need to remain somewhat androgynous in battle.

Not often. It is my job to be in the best physical condition.

Mountainous, small... It was a training ground.

Majority
* How were you treated by other nearby races? Only when I traveled out of the country did I see the difference. Some are fine. Others cause problems.

My mother passed away when I was young.

My introduction to the Prince was... interesting, to say the least.

Difficult with training.

Calm. Peaceful, for the most part.

Not many.

Stupid things? No. That was not an option.

I think I may have saved a fan my mother gave me once.

Not really.

Only with those I've had to 'take care of' for my lord.

They are honored people.

My mother was the youngest of two daughter of our family, and my father was an attempt to have a boy.

By my mother, for a time. After that, my grandfather took me in.

My father, as I said, was a random encounter so to speak.

I don't know.

I'm not to reveal it.

Housewife.

What you would expect for any woman.

We stayed in my home town.

I loved my mother.

Strong, smart, determined.

Yes

4 sisters. Names are negligible.

Youngest daughter.

We don't get along.

Most of them.

My Grandfather.

I would consider myself a black sheep. I'm the only female to take on the job of protecting our prince.

My grandfather, though he is not an ancestor yet.

In a sense, yes.

Ones that are private.

I would like to see the Prince find the immortality needed to get the crown.

Serving the Prince still.

They are one and the same.

Loss is something I do not like to deal with.

Protection of someone you care for. Self preservation.

It would depend on the person.
* What if it were your enemy? Well... It would be less for me to deal with.
* What if it were your friend? I would have to exact revenge.
* What if it were an innocent? I would question what to do given the situation.
* What if the opponent were not in control of their own actions (i.e.-under duress, charmed, dominated, possessed, etc.)? It... wouldn't be their fault then.

Attack back.

Find who did it and take the item back.

I wouldn't care. My grandfather or the Prince, however, and I would have to defend them.

I would be saddened, but the situation would have likely been out of my control.

Losing my arm was quite bad, but the automail arm... that was very painful.

Who doesn't?

Hm... Good question.

Listening to the night.

What kind of question is this? I sleep out of necessity and any time I am not sleeping, I am watching over the Prince.

Yes, but it has been a while.
